(More customer reviews)The camera has the mic and the manual focus. BUUUUUUUUT the lights are led, not infrared. Infrared is not visible to the naked eye. Trust me you can see the light from this one. Other wise it is a god web-cam. good picture. Its just they need to change the description and the picture. the 3.5 audio jack is not there. its integrated in to the usb.
