(More customer reviews)I bought the Ultralast 2-pack as a filler item.Out of the box, one cell measured 100% on my ZTS tester and the other one measured 80%.Not acceptable, AND hazardous to use in 2-cell lights (the weaker battery can burst and start a fire).
It is not hard to find Energizer, Duracell, Panasonic, or Rayovac CR123A batteries online for about $2.00 each.Or even off-brand Titanium or Battery Station for $1.00 each.But every cell from these manufacturers shows 100%, in my experience.
